I got blood on myself as usual.
The fire alarm went off during shooting, and I was stuck outside in my prison jumpsuit, and wasn't allowed back in.
Angela Joyce, my episode co-lead, was lovely, and didn't take me killing her character personally.
VND is an indie horror-short set in an alternate reality where serial killers run rampant throughout the city.
I got to do all of my own fight scenes and had an amazing time!

I had a great time and learned so much while filming this first film. As a theatre actor, I knew NOTHING at the time about acting for film... You can imagine... It's a good thing my scenes never saw the light of day. That being said, I will be forever grateful to the cast and crew for giving me such a positive first experience on set.

For any HGL Horror fans out there... True to his style, the wonderfully ridiculous and campy Bloodmania, shot in 2014 and finally released in 2017, was Herschell Gordon Lewis' last movie.
HTWFIP was both a stage production and short film, and was what I would deem "An Experimental Look At Western Societal Standards". In three colours, a myriad of sounds, styles, mediascapes, text, and music, it was a visually fascinating piece.
